My name is Petro Botha and I own MPB Virtual Assistant and I work as a full-time virtual assistant. I am located in Pretoria and have a full home office setup complete with a stable WiFi connection, printer, scanner, and the necessary software to assist me in my work.
I have acquired all the skills needed for my role as a Virtual Assistant in my previous job experiences. I am always learning and updating my skills regularly. I have worked in the hospitality and tourism industries. I was the owner of a restaurant/guesthouse complex (10 years) and handled all the office duties, accounting, stock taking, ordering of stock, liaising with customers, event planning, and many more duties associated with this business. After the business was sold, I worked in the tourism industry, (12 years) where I once again managed the operation.
I am a hard-working, reliable, and ethical person. I have a fun sense of humor and work well under pressure.

To whom it may concern
Petro Botha did some did some research work for me, to be used on a website. Her e-mail communication was professional and efficient. The admin involved was done well. She was very aware of deadlines and stuck to them.
Our zoom meeting was very useful, we managed to discuss the task and she was courteous and professional. The research was done well and her resulting work was thorough and well presented.
On the technical side she was able to use the software and online services that was needed to complete this task.
Overall I was very happy with Petro's performance, her assistance was of great help to me.
